      One of the simplest ways to check is to understand what the intention is behind each of your stated values, before creating alignment amongst your board, executive and operational staff.
      We have created a ‘Value Barometer’ to help organisations through this process by creating a tool that supports boards and executive teams to decipher the meaning behind each value in order to better articulate the expectations of staff.
    It also helps all staff to delineate between the four types of values:

  • Aspirational values
  • Permission to play values
  • Accidental values
